vestap makes NFC table cards for cafes. A guest taps their phone on the card, or scans the QR code on it, and your cafe's page opens with your menu, Google review link, WiFi and social handles. No app to install.

How it works

  1. We set up your page

    You send your logo, menu, Google review link, WiFi details and social handles. We build your page and write it onto the NFC tag.

  2. Cards go on your tables

    Each card is black acrylic on a small wooden stand, with an NFC tag and a QR code for phones that cannot tap.

  3. Guests tap or scan

    Your page opens in the phone's browser. To change a price or add a dish, message us and we update the page.

One page with the buttons guests need

Guests land on a page with your logo and a photo of your cafe, followed by a short list of buttons. Every page uses your cafe's own colors, so it looks like part of your place.

  • Menu, as a page or a PDF
  • Leave a Google review
  • Connect to WiFi, shown only if your cafe has WiFi
  • Your social handles

You also get simple counts of taps and button clicks, so you can see what guests actually use.

Pricing

You pay once for the cards and setup. After that there is a small yearly renewal that keeps your page online. We handle menu changes when you ask. Message us with your cafe's details and we will send a quote.

Information we collect

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. Guests do not need to create an account to view a cafe's page.

How we use information

We use it to provide and support the service, reply to you, show cafe owners their statistics, and meet legal requirements.

Third parties

Our hosting provider and analytics tools process data on our behalf to run the site and the tap pages. Buttons on a tap page, such as Google reviews, Instagram or a menu file, open services run by others, and those services have their own policies.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.

Terms and conditions

1. The service

vestap supplies NFC table cards with a QR code, and a hosted page for your cafe that can include a menu, a Google review link, WiFi details and social handles.

2. Payment

You pay once for the cards and setup, then a yearly renewal for keeping your page online. We agree the amounts with you in writing before work starts. If a renewal is not paid, we may take your page offline, and your cards will stop opening it.

3. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos, menu and other material you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices and any ingredient or allergen information on your menu.

4. Changes to your page

Send your change requests to us and we will update your page within a reasonable time. We do not promise instant changes.

5. Availability

We aim to keep your page online, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, Google, your WiFi and guests' phones are outside our control.

6. Cards

Cards are physical items. Damage from misuse or loss is not covered, and replacement cards can be ordered at cost.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
